Dr. Casper graduated from Western Michigan University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biomedical Science. She then attended Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences-School of Optometry where she earned her Doctorate of Optometry in 2021.
During her time at MCPHS, Dr. Casper was an active member of the Student Volunteer Optometric Services to Humanity (SVOSH) and was elected president of the group in her third year. She and the other members of SVOSH provided vision screenings at local churches for low income individuals in the community and also provided vision screenings at Special Olympics events. Giving back to the community is something that she is extremely passionate about and wants to continue throughout her career.
Dr. Casper has state board certifications in Illinois and is an active member of the Illinois Optometric Association. She was born and raised in the Chicagoland area and is excited to be practicing in the place that she calls home.
On her days off, Dr. Casper enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends. You can find her in the kitchen trying out new recipes or out on the golf course trying to become a decent golfer. No matter what the activity is, Dr. Casper is always excited to try something new.
